This Peruvian coffee shows aromatic notes typical from a natural coffee with wild, leather and walnut notes. It has a Hugh body that gives great espresso with thick crema. Thanks to a medium roast, the coffee keeps rich aromas, without acidity neither bitterness. This coffee is harvested in El Palomar area, in Chanchamayo area with 1400-1900m altitude. It is harvested by a small coffee farms association called C.A.F.E. (Food Cooperative of ecological Fruits). This coffee is organic certified and comes from ethical coffee practices.
