All our coffees are roasted and packed in La Verrerie Switzerland, in what used to be Jean Tinguely's Art studio called Torpedo Institut.
Her passion for good food has led Lucie Adisson to La Reunion Island in 2006 where she discovered the art of fine rum tasting as a first professional experience.
She pursued her "tastes bud's training" by tasting coffee for big coffee and coffee machines companies during ten years. She then learnt how to roast coffee and develop the best aroma by roasting and coffee extraction.
She discovers the world of Specialty coffee and Slow brew and become a true coffee lover. She enjoys a lot treating coffee like a fine beverage.
In 2013, she becomes Cuptasting Swiss Champion and dreams to create her own specialty coffee roastery. Rock a Bean brand is founded in 2017.
